Examples: Schoolmaster completely down school-wide; No Internet access school-wide; Library System completely down; Citrix System completely down; all lab computer have no network access. Please call either extension 6482 (Todd) or 6468 (John) immediately regarding Severity 1 issues. Severity 2: Parts of system non-functional and affecting ability to perform required duties. Examples: Cannot access Schoolmaster to take role; One facet of Library software not functioning properly; One facet of Schoolmaster-Attendance not functioning properly; One or more Citrix applications not functioning; more than 5 lab computers not functioning. Severity 3: Parts of system non-functional. Examples: Cannot access Schoolmaster Gradebook; Application not functioning on workstation properly; Cannot print; Internet or E-mail not functioning; Upgrade required for full functionality; New computer to be installed into location without a computer or a non-functioning computer. Severity 4: New equipment, enhancements or training support. Examples; New computer to be installed into location with existing functional computer; New printer/scanner/etc. to be installed; How Do I questions. Severity 5 : New Users.
